They’re seeking a motivated, German-speaking sports enthusiast to join their Online Sports Support team in Sofia.
???? What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver friendly and reliable support to users on virtual sports platforms
Handle inquiries, issues, and requests quickly, clearly, and professionally
Assist users with digital betting tools, games, and interfaces—step by step
Ensure a smooth, satisfying user experience, even in tricky situations
Flag and escalate any technical issues to internal teams
Be a brand ambassador: act with empathy, integrity, and helpfulness

Fluent German (C1) and strong English (B1+) communication skills
A passion for sports, gaming, and digital technology
Calm, respectful approach to customer service—even under pressure
