Your Mission
Manage the full recruitment cycle—from role brief to onboarding
Build and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and evaluation criteria
Write clear, attractive job descriptions and publish across relevant channels
Source top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach
Engage passive candidates through market mapping and strategic outreach
Organize recruitment events and help build a strong employer brand
Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership
Develop relationships with universities and training centers for pipeline growth
