DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service by handling incoming email inquiries, engaging in live chat support, and answering phone calls from clients. This position requires working on a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends, to ensure 24/7 support availability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via email, live chat, and telephone.
  • Deliver high-quality support to resolve client issues and provide information.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.


REQUIREMENTS

Legal Right: Must be an EU passport holder


Education: University degree or equivalent qualification.


Language Skills: Fluent in Turkish (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.


Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, within a 24/7 shift system.


Experience: Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.


Training: One month of comprehensive training provided.

OFFER
  • Salary: €2,292 per month


  • Performance Bonus: 15% salary increase after six months, amounting to an additional €343.80 per month based on performance.


  • Working Hours: 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute break every 4 hours and a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.


  • Shift Schedule: Flexible, never fixed, covering 24/7 support.
