For one of our clients – a global tech solutions firm specializing in software development and
end-to-end digital transformation for industry leaders – Online Casino Streaming Specialist
with Brazilian Portuguese and English.
Responsibilities:
*Take the spotlight as the host of live, interactive gaming sessions, delivering each experience
with enthusiasm and professionalism;
*Present game rules clearly and confidently, ensuring players feel comfortable and fully
engaged from the very start;
*Manage gaming equipment or deal cards accurately, demonstrating focus and attention to detail;
*Create a welcoming and entertaining environment by interacting with players in a lively and authentic way;
*Keep the momentum high, maintaining an exciting and seamless game flow throughout
every session.
Qualifications:
*Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker with excellent communication skills and a good
command of English;
*Confident on camera, with a natural presence and the ability to captivate an audience;
*Knowledge of card or casino-style games is an advantage, but not a requirement;
*Experience in customer service is a plus, highlighting strong interpersonal and
communication skills;
*Energetic, sociable, and positive personality, capable of connecting with players from
diverse backgrounds.
