Your main tasks will be:

 Telephone and e-mail service for Romanian-speaking individual clients

 Presenting Beliani products to our clients

Chat service

Managing the timely execution of orders and return shipments

Handling customer service inquiries pre- and post-sale via phone, e-mail, and chat

Reporting to the Country Team Leader

What we expected from you:

Fluency in Romanian (min. C1 level)

Communicative level of English (min. B1 level)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good cultural knowledge of a specific market

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Cloud Suite

Ability to work both in a team and independently

Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and be a problem solver

Nice to have: Fluency in any other languages
