Details About The Role & What We Value
As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll ensure our Lufthansa Group Airlines customers have the best travel experience possible. Expect to assist our passengers with making new bookings, changing plans or adding services.
Our next start date is 23 February 2026.
REQUIREMENTS
• advanced English and Italian language skills
• knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese or German would be beneficial
• very good communication skills
• positive attitude and flexibility
