About the company

What will you do?

• Provide support to our customer base via live chat and email
• Review and escalate customer inquiries to superiors when required
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries related to payments, verification, betting, and technical issues
• Work in shifts covering five days from seven, including weekends and public holidays
• Operate under a hybrid model with both office-based and remote work

Candidate profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Danish
• Good command of English
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
