Customer Service Representative – Korean & English Market (Remote, Portugal)
Our client is a leading international online fashion retailer, offering a wide range of clothing, accessories, and lifestyle products to customers across multiple markets. We're now hiring a Korean and English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team, working remotely from Portugal.
- Start date: 1st September
- Location: Remote – must be based in Portugal
- Contract: Direct contract with our client, 6 months
- Salary: €1,790/month
Schedule:
- Training: 10 working days, Monday to Friday
- After training: Monday to Friday, 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM (aligned with the Korean market)
What you'll do:
- Support Korean and English-speaking customers across multiple channels
- Respond to queries accurately, professionally, and on time
- Handle complaints with patience and empathy
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Work closely with a collaborative, international team
What you need:
- EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory)
- C1 or native-level Korean, written and spoken
- B2 or higher English
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working night shifts and adapting fast in a dynamic environment
- Solid computer skills, able to juggle multiple systems at once
