DESCRIPTION
We are partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit French or Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an exciting role based in Greece. Your Role
Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests via phone, email, and chat
Provide clear and professional guidance on products and services
Address customer questions and concerns efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
Handle issues with ownership and a solution-oriented mindset
Create positive customer experiences and build long-term satisfaction
Contribute to a team focused on service excellence and continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in French or Spanish (written and spoken)
Very good English skills for internal communication and training
Previous experience in customer support or customer care (at least 6 months preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset with a high sense of responsibility
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems
Interest in the automotive sector is a strong advantage
Positive attitude and customer-first approach
