- Data Integrity: Maintaining accuracy and consistency in data.
- Operational Process Understanding: Familiarity with workflow and processes, with the ability to analyze and report data.
- Flexibility: Being open to change, multitasking, and working with different tasks or teams.
- Managing Real-Time Adjustments: Handling changes in staff assignments or task distribution in real-time.
- Team Communication: Coordinating between teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Discipline Enforcement: Managing discipline on the floor to maintain focus and efficiency.
- Quick Decision-Making: Ability to think on your feet and make decisions to meet service objectives.
- Compliance with Real-Time Availability: Ensuring constant availability of resources.
- SLA Adherence: Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and achieving set application percentage targets.
