Details About The Role & What We Value
As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll ensure our Lufthansa Group Airlines customers have the best travel experience possible. Expect to assist our passengers with making new bookings, changing plans or adding services.
Our next start date is 23 February 2026.
REQUIREMENTS
• advanced language skills
• multilingual Italian speakers with extra languages - Spanish, Portuguese, French or German
• very good communication skills
• positive attitude and flexibility
