- As a German-speaking Support Specialist, you will assist customers with online order-related queries throughout the full customer journey.
- Your tasks will include managing delivery issues, shipping investigations, returns, refunds, payment-related questions and order information requests. You will communicate with customers by phone and email, while also coordinating with internal teams, couriers, carriers and financial partners when needed.
- You will work with sensitive customer information, so accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail are essential. You will also use internal systems, including SAP, to keep clear records of customer interactions and transactions.
