About the Role

You will contact potential customers and schedule home appointments for telecom advisors. Your goal is to generate interest and turn leads into confirmed appointments.

Your Tasks

• Call potential customers from provided databases
• Introduce telecom services and create interest
• Schedule appointments for field sales advisors
• Confirm appointments one day in advance
• Keep systems and calendars up to date

• Native Dutch (Flemish preferred) and good English
• Based in Bulgaria or willing to relocate to Sofia
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Structured, reliable, and positive mindset

• Office-based role in Sofia
