DESCRIPTION
As a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Agent, you will represent a popular game developer and provide outstanding support via chat and email. You will handle players’ questions about their accounts, game features and billing while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to Portuguese and English player inquiries via email and live chat.
• Provide accurate information about in‑game features, account settings and billing.
• Maintain empathetic and professional communication to solve issues and build rapport.
