Role: Dutch Customer Advisor – Fintech
Salary: 1,059 euro gross per month (this does include the holiday bonus, meal allowance) plus free accommodation
Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern within a 24x7 operation (can include now and then night shifts)

As part of the Customer Service team, you will support users by delivering clear, accurate, and friendly assistance across multiple channels. You will handle queries related to banking, investing, and account management while ensuring compliance with strict quality and regulatory standards.
What you’ll be doing
As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with account-related queries, transactions, and platform navigation
- Support customers with general questions related to financial products (stocks, ETFs, crypto, etc.)
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Follow compliance guidelines and internal procedures at all times
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
