What you'll do as Sport Support Associate?

• Handling customer request regarding wide range of sports products via phone and chat
• Providing accurate information and maintain detailed case notes
• Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
• Contributing to reaching individual and team performance targets

If you:

• Have a B2 level оf Dutch and English
• Are customer service-oriented
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have strong typing and PC skills
• Are analytical and problem-solving oriented

• Flexible working hours: From Monday to Friday - 10:00 to 22:00; Saturdays - 10:00 to 19:00;
