Are you fluent in German and English, with a passion for providing exceptional customer support? We're looking for talented individuals to join our team at Oriente - Lisbon, supporting a leading Tourism Insurance Company.
Language: German Native + English (C1)
Contract Signature: 10/04/2024
Recruitment Needs:
- 4 Positions Available
Location of the Offices:
- Oriente - Lisbon
Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday
- Early Shift: 08:00 to 17:00
- Late Shift: 13:00 to 22:00
- 2 Rotational Days Off
Compensation:
- Base Salary: 1100€ per 14 months
- Performance Bonus: 100€ per 12 months
- Complexity Bonus: 100€ per 11 months
- Meal Allowance (net): 7.23€ per day
- Transport Allowance: 20€ per month
- Health Insurance: Provided since day 1 (free after 6 months)
Profile - Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in customer support (mandatory)
- Good mediation skills (preferable)
Type of Contract:
- CDD 6 months
Tasks Include:
- Processing insurance policy administration or cancellation requests.
- Re-issuing policy documentation as required.
- Identifying, investigating, and escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Managing complex complaints professionally and timely.
- Mediating between hosts & guests for reservation concerns.
- Demonstrating ownership of user issues until resolution.
- Processing responsible losses to provide the best resolution/support to users.
- Recognizing product and process issues and submitting reports and feedback.
- Maintaining accuracy and security of customer information.
