As our Account Executive, you’ll partner with ambitious brands, keep projects humming, turn feedback into action, and use collaborative workflow tools (Airtable, FigJam—and whatever’s next) to deliver work that’s on brief, on time, and loved by clients.

What You’ll Make Happen
- Partner with and report to the Account Manager; support teammates while operating autonomously
- Support briefing, tracking, feedback, and execution for 1–2 flagship clients
- Learn the services and workflows across teams; drive speed, quality, and continuous improvement
- Push progress on cross‑functional, ad‑hoc projects; remove blockers and keep momentum high
- Execute core services (community engagement, research, moderation) alongside service leads
- Communicate daily with the Account Manager; turn feedback into clear actions and close loops fast
- Elevate documentation and process quality; refine templates, checklists, and ways of working
- Keep tasks, timelines, and status up to date in workflow tools; keep stakeholders aligned
- Show up as a proactive, enthusiastic team player focused on performance, insights, and process excellence
REQUIREMENTS
Who You Are
✅ Fluent in German and English—you switch effortlessly between languages across calls, decks, and emails. Ideally, you are native to Germany or have lived there and bring with you a strong understanding of the culture
✅ Strong academic track record and a genuine hunger to learn
✅ Meticulously organised with exceptional time management and attention to detail—nothing slips through the cracks
✅ Comfortable with collaborative workflow tools (Airtable, FigJam) and quick to master new platforms
✅ A natural relationship‑builder who enjoys working directly with clients and different stakeholders
✅ Fast learner with an aptitude for creative and technical processes across digital platforms
✅ A clear, confident communicator—crisp in writing and composed in conversation
✅ Skilled at prioritising and delivering to deadlines without sacrificing quality
✅ Self‑motivated with a high work ethic and an ownership mindset
Experience is not essential—bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and a drive to deliver great client experiences.

- Experience in social media management and knowledge of industry trends / what works online
