• support Ruby’s growth by managing due diligence processes, capital measures, and market research for new ventures
• build and maintain partnerships for expansion into new markets, including legal structuring and deal negotiations
• drive investment management for joint ventures and subsidiaries
• develop and implement new business fields, evaluating opportunities and making them reality
• manage corporate governance processes, shareholder approvals, and advisory reports with precision
• ensure compliance with internal and external regulations – because details do matter

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

• a degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field – an MSc or MBA is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Law, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Fund Administration
• a knack for analyzing markets, structuring deals, and handling complex corporate projects
• a proactive, independent work style – you get things done without someone holding your hand ;-)
• excellent English skills (German is a bonus) and a willingness to travel when needed
• a natural curiosity, strong business acumen, and a love for making things happen
