Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representative –Lisbon Portugal

(Must possess an EU nationality or a Work permit in Portugal)

Type of job:

Inbound services- Customer services representative, in collaboration with clients from different industries.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with Arabic speaking customers
• Responding to customers’ inquiries via Phone& e-mail 
• Providing guidance and support to customers

• A high school diploma is a must (or higher).
• EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal.
• Fluency in the Arabic language
• B2 English level or more.
