Back Office:
Management and validation of documentation, ensuring accuracy and quality in processes.


Front Office:
Customer service for current and potential clients, providing clarification on automatic payment service contracts (TPA).


REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in customer care or customer service (support lines);
  • Clear, formal, and professional communication skills;
  • Team spirit, dynamism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
OFFER
