We are looking for talents with great Portuguese & English skills who will join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to Athens.
You will be working in a team supporting users of a cross-platform centralized instant messaging (IM) and voice-over-IP (VoIP) service that allows users to send text & voice messages, make voice & video calls, and share content.

What you will do:
- Handle tickets, following support procedures and policies.
- Communicate with customers via chat & e-mail, following support procedures and policies.
- Follow specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution and closure.
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.
- Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets.
- Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.
- Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.
