DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive customer experience through effective communication. You will manage requests via phone and email while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in French (C1 minimum)
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills and adaptability
- A team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to learn
- Valid work documentation (mandatory)
