Our Client is a French company offering an innovative financial management and accounting solution for SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises). Founded in 2019, this company combines technology with traditional accounting services to offer businesses a centralized and intelligent tool. 

What you'll do

• Receiving and processing support requests from users via tickets and chat; 
• Possibility of making outbound calls, depending on the client’s needs; 
• Provide support and advice to clients regarding issues related to two-factor authentication (2FA); 
• Resolve issues regarding the client's applications, related to payroll and salary management; 
• Synchronization and configuration of the applications and tools; 
• Be a relentless advocate for the customers and their issues; 
• Ensure customer satisfaction, presenting creative solutions to their issues; 
• Provide recommendations to engage with customer’s needs; 
• Have a central role within the internal organization. 

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French (C2);
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
• Experience in Customer and Technical Support; 
• Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills; 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit; 
• Ability to solve technical issues creatively; 
• Passion for new technologies and financial industry; 
• Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective.
