Content Review Analyst with French - Dublin

Shift: 8am - 8pm / rotating shift patterns over 7 days

Work model: office-based

Your responsibilities:

• Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines,
• Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data,
• Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research,
• Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets,
• Ability to gather information via outbound calls to businesses within specific country locations,
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy,
• Support users to make bookings/ reservations with various types of businesses,
• Work with high profile tech/ evolving AI.

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and French,
• Excellent timekeeping,
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously,
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the team,
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills,
• Strong Team player,
• Experience in data analysis and reports (not mandatory),
• Possess the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
