We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team. Be the first point of contact with our client’s end-users. Answer customer questions and clarify any information about our client’s software, through phone and email.
What you'll do
- Working as a Customer & Technical Support, you'll have to be a relentless advocate for the customers and their issues;
- Provide the necessary help to solve all customer’s technical issues, through phone and email;
- Ensure customer satisfaction, presenting creative solutions to their issues;
- Make an effort to regained customer’s confidence in the brand;
- Provide recommendations to engage with customer’s needs;
- Have a central role within the internal organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native written and verbal communication skills in French;
- Fluency in English - B2 level (mandatory);
- Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills as a Customer & Technical Support;
- Excellent communication and good argumentation skills;
- Ability to solve technical issues creatively;
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers;
- Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
