REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Dutch, both written and verbal
- Good command of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Good technical skills (computer applications and tools)
- Organizational, decision-making, and analytical capabilities
- A positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not required
