Customer Service Agent with Dutch
DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative within the Bank project, you will be the first point of contact for their clients.
Responsibilities
- Individual phone customer support of cardholders of different banks for the card products VISA and MasterCard, regarding the scope of services and the different product features.
- Maintaining quality, result, and service level standards.
- Providing information on account balances, turnover details, refusals of payment
transactions, processing of complaints and other issues related to the use of the credit card.
- Receipt and pre-check of requests for instalment payments, limit increases or product
replacements, including preparation of the decision by the relevant specialist department.
Training
A training period of approximately 3 week is provided. After training you can work 2 days from home, 2 days from office and 1 day on your choice.
Working hours:
Current working hours on the project are Monday to Sunday from 08:00 - 20:00. Your hours will always be spread over 5 days.
