Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers of our green mobility industry client.
- Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Provide information, resolve issues, and address customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure top-notch service.
- Adapt to rotating shifts within the operating hours: 7:00 - 22:00 CET, Monday to Sunday.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent German language knowledge (C2 level is required!) and fluent English language knowledge.
- Must be located in the EU.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work as a self-employed person/freelancer.
