Your Role as a Customer Service Representative:
  • In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support and effective solutions to their inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers
  • Listening actively to understand their concerns or questions
  • Assisting with orders, account information, or general inquiries
  • Troubleshooting issues and offering timely resolutions
  • Documenting interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
  • Maintaining a friendly, helpful, and patient approach at all times
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience

REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For:
  • Fluent German language skills (spoken and written)
  • Good command of English for internal communication
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using computers and common applications (MS Office)
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to make informed decisions
  • Organized, reliable, and adaptable to different customer needs
  • Positive attitude and a team-player mentality
  • Completion of secondary education
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
