Your Role as a Customer Service Representative:
- In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support and effective solutions to their inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers
- Listening actively to understand their concerns or questions
- Assisting with orders, account information, or general inquiries
- Troubleshooting issues and offering timely resolutions
- Documenting interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
- Maintaining a friendly, helpful, and patient approach at all times
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent German language skills (spoken and written)
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using computers and common applications (MS Office)
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make informed decisions
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable to different customer needs
- Positive attitude and a team-player mentality
- Completion of secondary education
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
