Workster is partnering with a leading international company looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Norwegian-speaking customer advisors to join their dynamic team in Poland.

Your role:
  • Provide exceptional customer support in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat
  • Address customer queries with empathy and professionalism, offering tailored solutions
  • Work alongside a talented team to maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in Norwegian (C1 level or higher)
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Poland
