DESCRIPTION

Do you want to work in the travel industry and support one of the most renowned airline companies in Europe? Our client is looking for Norwegian-speaking Customer Advisors to join their team in Warsaw!

 

Join the customer service team of a major airline and assist passengers with bookings, flight changes, terminal information, and more. This position is on-site in Warsaw and includes a relocation package covering your flight and one week of shared accommodation.

What will you do?

  • Assist customers with booking issues and inquiries
  • Support customers in rescheduling flights
  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, terminals, and procedures
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with company standards
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in Norwegian
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Warsaw
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating digital tools
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
