About the role

Would you like to live in Málaga and work in customer service in Norwegian? Our client is looking for Norwegian-speaking agents to join its Flex Team. The team steps in wherever support is needed most across several projects. You won’t be tied to a single project. Your days will vary, and you’ll get to know a range of products and industries.

Projects you may work on include:

• Smartwatches for children: support for a smartwatch and mobile service brand
• EV charging: helping customers with charging boxes, charging, apps and troubleshooting
• Other Nordic projects as needs change

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and administrative issues
• Document cases and follow up with customers
• Switch between projects as the team needs and get up to speed quickly on new products
• Help keep customer satisfaction and service quality high

What we’re looking for

• Fluent Norwegian, spoken and written
• Good English skills
• Flexibility and a willingness to work varying hours, e.g. days, evenings and some weekends as scheduled
• A quick learner who enjoys switching between tasks and projects
• A solution-oriented, service-minded person who stays calm under pressure
• Comfortable with computers. An interest in technology is a plus.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Knowledge of Norwegian is considered an advantage.
