What you will do in this role
In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.
As an Account Manager on our team, you will:
  • Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunities
  • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit, activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed)
  • Update CRM with all communication and as per standards expected.
  • Follow up on accounts and ensure regular communication is maintained.
  • Participate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc.)
  • Ensure all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) are qualified and followed up as per standards, both with clients and hotels
  • Have an upselling approach when dealing with clients.
  • Provide chain wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage by client
  • Offer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotels
  • Assist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when required 
  • Work on external lists when required on other platforms as provide 
REQUIREMENTS

  • Are bilingual or proficient in Norwegian with advanced English level
  • Have great organization and communication skills
  • Have positive work attitude
  • Have experience in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Have sales background
  • Have hospitality background (beneficial but not mandatory)
  • Have experience in using CRMs (beneficial but not mandatory)
