Now, we’re looking for Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our on-site team in sunny Málaga  and help shape the future of customer experience.

What you’ll be doing day to day

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and problem-solver customers rely on. You will:

Support eCommerce customers via phone and chat with questions about online orders and deliveries

Handle store overflow calls and log customer inquiries in our CRM systems

Deliver consistently great customer experiences — and help us make them even better

Follow clear processes that set you up for success

Potentially expand into email and social media support in the future

Collaborate with your team to hit goals and celebrate wins together 



What we’re looking for

You don’t need to tick every box, curiosity, motivation, and a people-first mindset matter most.



You’ll feel right at home if you:

Are bilingual or fluent in Norwegian and advanced in English

Are customer-focused, adaptable, and eager to learn

Communicate clearly and confidently

Manage your time well and enjoy working toward shared goals

Are comfortable using computers, Microsoft tools, and the internet

Full-time permanent contract (39h/week) 

Schedule: First 2 weeks: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00. Then: Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 + Saturday 09:00–17:00 (rotative shifts)
