💼 Your Role

As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them get the most from their products and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing professional and high-quality customer support

• Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat

• Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions

• Troubleshooting customer issues and resolving enquiries within agreed SLAs

• Using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and other customer service tools

• Working towards key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, first-contact resolution, and call-handling time

• Following established processes, guidelines, and knowledge bases

• Working closely with colleagues and sharing knowledge and best practices

• Taking part in ongoing training and keeping your product knowledge up to date
