DESCRIPTION
Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit a Travel Advisor with Greek for its Katowice-based operations.

Location: Katowice, Poland
Contract type: Fixed-term contract (6 months) with possibility of extension

Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with travelers via phone, chat, and email in a professional and customer-oriented manner
  • Managing hotel bookings, flight reservations, and car rentals
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and protection of customers’ personal data
  • Delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Working collaboratively within a dynamic, international team
Requirements:
  • Fluent Greek (C1 level or higher), written and spoken
  • English at B2 level for internal communication and training
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Availability to work on-site in Katowice
Nice to have:
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role

What we offer:
  • Salary: 6,500 PLN gross
