DESCRIPTION
About the role
We are hiring Danish speakers to join a customer support team in Sofia for an international telecommunications company. You will be the first point of contact for Danish-speaking customers and help them with their mobile services. You don’t need to live in Bulgaria already: we welcome applications from anywhere in Europe, and a relocation package is included.
What you’ll do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries, mainly by phone
- Help customers with top-ups, SIM activation, roaming and general account questions
- Aim to solve each issue on the first contact whenever possible
- Record every customer interaction accurately and follow set processes
- Give professional, clear and empathetic support on every call
REQUIREMENTS
What we’re looking for
- Danish at B2 level or higher
- English at B2 level or higher
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Good computer skills and the ability to work across several systems at once
- Completed 10th grade or a high school diploma
- A clean criminal record certificate (Danish applicants can request one online. It takes about 5 business days.)
Nice to have
- Experience in customer service, a call centre or telecommunications
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude

What we offer
- Base salary of up to €2,100 gross per month
- Monthly performance bonus based on KPIs

- Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00, with weekends off
- 14 days of paid training before you start taking calls
Relocation package
- Moving from abroad: a €1,000 gross relocation bonus paid with your first salary, plus 21 days of free accommodation in Sofia
- Moving from elsewhere in Bulgaria: a €500 gross relocation bonus, plus 21 days of free accommodation in Sofia
- You book and pay for your own travel to Sofia. The relocation bonus is meant to help cover that cost.
