Your Role

As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the friendly voice behind the Fitbit customer experience, helping users enjoy their smart devices and stay connected to their health and fitness goals.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Providing excellent customer support in Danish via phone, email, and chat.
Assisting customers with Fitbit products, device settings, features, and everyday usage.
Handling questions about orders, deliveries, and product-related inquiries.
Guiding users through basic troubleshooting and product setup.
Ensuring every customer receives friendly, efficient, and professional assistance.
Working with an international team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Fluency in Danish and good English communication skills.
A genuine interest in technology, smart devices, or fitness products.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
A positive, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
Motivation to live and work in an international environment.
