Are you Danish-speaking and ready to take the next step in your career in digital marketing and sales? Join an international team in vibrant Barcelona and work on an exciting Google Ads project, helping businesses grow through effective online advertising.

As a Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will work with companies with strong growth potential in a tech-focused environment. You will onboard and engage new clients, build strong relationships, drive product adoption, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy within the customer base.

The role is full-time, 39 hours per week, in a hybrid setup in Barcelona.

The planned start date is 22.06.2026.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded candidate with strong communication skills and an interest in digital marketing.

The ideal candidate has:
  • C2 level Danish and C1 level English
  • BA/BS degree, preferably with MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications
  • Experience in sales and/or marketing with proven client-facing skills
  • Strong goal orientation and ability to work independently
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing customer data
  • Ability to use AI tools to support outreach strategies
  • Strong communication, presentation, and professional writing skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to identify market trends and analyse competitors
  • Cultural awareness of the Nordic market
  • Understanding of Nordic business etiquette and relevant regulations, such as GDPR
  • Ability to discuss more advanced ROI and integration questions related to Google Ads solutions
  • Multilingual skills are considered a plus
