We are currently hiring Danish-speaking Customer Experts for exciting projects with leading global companies such as HelloFresh (meal-kit industry) and one of the world’s leading providers within digital payment solutions.
Join an international team and support customers across different markets while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Your responsibilities
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with account management, subscriptions, orders, and general inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, or technical setups
- Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
- Handle customer concerns in a professional and solution-oriented way
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service delivery
Your role (depending on project)
Meal-kit project (HelloFresh):
- Contact former or inactive customers and support reactivation
- Assist with meal plans, deliveries, and subscription flexibility
- Ensure a smooth and personalized customer experience
Digital payment solutions project:
- Support customers with account setup and onboarding
- Assist with transactions, payments, and reports
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to apps, devices, and systems
Your profile
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
- Comfortable with digital tools and systems
- Solution-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Flexible and able to work in an international environment
- Paid training (approx. 6–10 days depending on project)
- Full-time contract (40h/week)
- International work environment in Lisbon
