Danish-speaking Pre-collection Agent to Stockholm in Sweden!

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Pre-collections Specialist to Stockholm in Sweden. Join a growing, fun and outgoing Customer Success team and help us take the Danish market to the next level!

Your job tasks

In the role Pre-collection Agent, your most important task is to ensure that the customers receive the best advice and service when they contact you by phone or email. It is essential that you are able to build trust and be able to understand the customer's needs and meet them at eye level.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting and helping our Danish customers with arranging payment agreements via several communication channels (phone, email and SMS)
• Handle questions and requests from our external collection companies, trustees and lawyers
• Help us continue to develop our (pre-) collection flow
• Occasionally help underwriting
