A customer service representative on a travel platform is much more than just a point of contact – they are a problem solver, a travel companion, and often a last-minute lifesaver.

With a keen ear for customers’ needs, they assist with all booking-related inquiries, handle changes or cancellations, and bring clarity to any uncertainties regarding accommodations or payments.

They not only communicate directly with travelers but also coordinate behind the scenes with hotels and property owners to find the best possible solutions. Whether via phone, email, or chat, they ensure support that is fast, straightforward, and, above all, friendly.

Their goal: to make every journey as smooth as possible and ensure that customers feel well taken care of at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
German at C2 level – near-native proficiency, precise and confident in any situation.

English at a minimum of B2 level – strong and reliable communication skills.

Solid IT skills combined with a structured and independent working style.
At the same time, a true team player who values collaboration and actively contributes to shared success.


OFFER
Greek employment contract with Greek health insurance from day one.
