Digital Marketing and/ OR Sales Specialist - German Speaking

An exciting opportunity within a well-established international company for Digital Marketing professionals. This role involves B2B sales, business development, and customer support, within the digital marketing sector.

Our client is looking for fluent German speakers to gain and strengthen business partnerships, and to manage the digital media presence of these partners and assist in them advertising their brand. This role will suit self-starting, creative professionals with a passion for digital marketing and sales experience. You will be responsible for managing key client accounts and understanding their business needs and how you can support them. You will be supporting our clients by understanding the knowledge gaps in their organisation and offering a consultative approach in providing them with access to knowledge experts globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients needs by delving deep and understanding their business models
• Working with key clients on projects, understanding their objectives and working on analysing data
• Managing and maintaining the inhouse knowledge database and reaching out to recruiting new experts when required.
• Developing strong internal and external relationships with customers and find new & innovative ways to continually enhance the customers’ experience.
• Strong networking skills
• Participate in weekly & monthly meetings
• Researching, identifying, and contacting new potential partner businesses and giving a personalized experience to every partner
• Supporting managed partners in any necessary digital marketing capacity
• Managing quantitative metrics and trends and communicate these to partners
• Aiding in the growth and maintenance of good client relationships

Experience

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account management
• A qualification or relevant experience in digital marketing with knowledge of and interest in social media and online advertising
• Fluent German & English
• Strong administration skills
• CRM proficiency experience a plus * High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach * Sales training is preferred
• A natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service
• Excellent telephone manner is essential
• Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude
• Has excellent communication skills and is able to build effective long term relationships
• Is able to develop positive business relationships and to ‘close’ a sale
• Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
