Your responsibilities

• Support clients in your main language and answer questions and concerns regarding the product, shipping, returns, payments, and exchange policy.
• Inform and educate customers about the functions of the device.
• Ensure high-quality customer service.

Your Profile

• You are fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You provide high-quality customer service.
