  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Support customers throughout their journey, offering expert advice and assistance.
  • Conduct outbound calls to collect feedback, ensure satisfaction, or promote services.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Escalate issues when needed and contribute to process improvements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and provide regular updates to your manager.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native-level Dutch and good English skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A team player with organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Google Docs, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Motivated, curious, and committed to customer satisfaction.
