- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Support customers throughout their journey, offering expert advice and assistance.
- Conduct outbound calls to collect feedback, ensure satisfaction, or promote services.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Escalate issues when needed and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with colleagues and provide regular updates to your manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level Dutch and good English skills.
- Previous experience in customer service (2+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A team player with organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Docs, Salesforce, etc.).
- Motivated, curious, and committed to customer satisfaction.
