DESCRIPTION
Support one of the most recognized brands in personal health and home care by delivering fast, empathetic, and solution-oriented service to consumers across social media channels. As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, your goal is to create low-effort, high-quality customer experiences by identifying needs and offering personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Deliver support related to a wide range of Philips Health & Home products (e.g. toothbrushes, irons, small kitchen appliances)
Use CRM and internal tools to document cases and track issue resolution
Proactively guide customers toward the most efficient resolution, ensuring a low-effort journey
Identify recurring issues and escalate cases when necessary
Qualifications
Minimum of completed secondary education
No prior experience required; customer service or technical support background is a plus
Familiarity with smartphones, consumer tech, and troubleshooting is beneficial

Product not working after repair
Delayed or missing delivery updates
Functionality or feature inquiries
Basic troubleshooting (e.g. toothbrush stopped charging)
Pre-sales support and comparisons

Who We’re Looking For
Native or near-native Dutch speaker with strong written communication
Solid English skills (B1–B2) for internal communication
Digitally comfortable: able to use CRM tools, social media, and MS Office
Confident navigating online product info and guiding customers
Calm, empathetic, and able to handle customer complaints constructively
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple systems and platforms
OFFER
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €1,500 gross/month
3 months free accomodation. 
Monthly performance bonus: Up to €200
€100 training completion bonus
Relocation bonus:
€300 after 6 months
Additional €300 after 12 months

Paid training provided
Work from home after initial setup phase (based in Thessaloniki, Greece)
