DESCRIPTION
Join an international customer support team in Athens, Greece as a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor. You will support customers in the insurance industry, helping them throughout their claims journey while delivering outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities will include assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, explaining insurance-related topics and device protection services, resolving customer issues, updating customer information in internal systems, and ensuring every case is handled professionally and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS
Fluent Dutch and good English (B2 or higher)
EU passport or valid EU work authorization
Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or claims support is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused with a positive and empathetic attitude
Comfortable using CRM systems and computer applications
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
OFFER
14 salaries per year
Performance bonus of up to €200/month
Transportation allowance of up to €100/month (after training)
Extra pay:
+75% for Sunday hours
+25% for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00
