With a diverse team across multiple countries, they provide first-line support and technical assistance for leading international brands in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

What will you do?
  • Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients in managing their advertising accounts
  • Deliver pre- and post-sales support for self-service advertising products
  • Improve customer experience through product and tool support
  • Analyze trends and troubleshoot issues affecting multiple clients
  • Share feedback and insights with the engineering team

Candidate profile
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Fluency in English and other European languages is a plus
  • Interest in digital marketing and online advertising
