Your Responsibilities:

Log all inbound and outbound customer contacts and update customer records
Assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting
Support customer orders by providing relevant information
Track and manage cases to ensure efficient and timely resolution
Maintain a strong, professional relationship with all customers and show empathy at all times

REQUIREMENTS

Native-level Dutch, fluent English (C1)
Willingness to work in Lisbon, Portugal
EU citizenship or valid work visa is required
Proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally
