DESCRIPTION
Location: remote from Greece

Role: Dutch speaking Customer Advisor

Salary:  EUR 1350 gross p/m (paid 14 x per year) plus EUR 100 gross on meal vouchers plus up to 10% performance bonus

Hours: 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 or 10:00 – 18:00

The Role

As a Customer Advisor you will represent a leading global buy now, pay later and payments provider. You will support customers via phone, email, and chat. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach to ensure an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and friendly support to resolve customer issues.
  • Assist with order inquiries, account management, and general troubleshooting.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.


REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who have: 

  • Fluency in Dutch
  • Intermediate English
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Good internet connection
