Your Role
- Client Support: Guide clients with account setup, product usage, and troubleshooting — ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth, top-tier experience.
- Product & Tool Expertise: Help clients navigate self-service advertising tools and boost the performance of their online campaigns.
- Multichannel Communication: Provide friendly, solution-oriented support via phone, email, and chat.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong Communication: Fluency in English and in Dutch, with clear and confident written & verbal skills.
- Customer-Focused: A natural sense of empathy and a service-first attitude to understand issues and deliver solutions.
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfortable using digital tools, platforms, and online advertising products.
- Flexible Availability: Willing to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends when needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
