Dutch speaking Frontline Customer Solutions Advisor

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid work environment available after 3 months)

Role: Dutch speaking Frontline Customer Solutions Advisor 

Salary: 1300 euro net p/m (rising to 1400 euro p/m net after 6 months) plus monthly bonus potential of up to 150 euro gross p/m

Hours of work: 40 hrs per week, rotational between MON-SUN 08:30 till 23:00

 

The Company

We have a new exciting opportunity with our outsourcing partner client in Bulgaria for a Dutch speaking Frontline Customer Solutions Advisor. This is an office based role in Sofia - this largely modern and youthful city has some fantastic museums, galleries, restaurants and clubs. It also lays on the foot of the Vitosha Mountain which gives plenty of opportunities for skiing and hiking!

 

The Role

As a Frontline Customer Solutions Advisor you will represent a long-established European digital communication company where you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and live chat. You will answer their queries and troubleshoot any technical issues in a timely manner. You will be trained to have a good knowledge of the company's products and services in order to advise customers about the best options available to them.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Listening to your customers' need 
  • Problem solve any technical queries
  • First time resolution is important
  • Recommend other product and services that suits your client
REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should have:

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch both written and spoken
  • Good command of English is desired
  • Previous experience in a customer, technical support or sales role desired
  • Able to multi-task
